Nottingham British Ale yeast is a single strain selected from a multiple commercial culture used in the United Kingdom.

Safale S-04

A well-known, commercial English ale yeast, selected for its fast fermentation character and its ability to form a very compact sediment at the end of fermentation, helping to improve beer clarity. This yeast is recommended for the production of large range of ale beers and is specially well adapted to cask-conditionned ales.

Saflager S-23

Want to make a genuine Lager or Pilsener beer? Use a genuine Lager yeast! This strain is widely used by Western European commercial breweries and will produce the best of its Lager flavours when fermented at low temperatures (10°C-14°C) yet producing very good beers at room temperature.
